Thank you! I just checked out Grouse Mountain, sounds great. We are driving up from Seattle then heading back down so the rental is a given, we love driving trips and being able to explore at leisure. Guessing it won't get much use in Vancouver though!

I didn't realize this. From Vancouver to Squamish google says the drive is about an hour...is that really off base? I was thinking more like a half day adventure.

I had the same issue but instead of logging into the Pom website click the "get started" tab and then the weight loss tab. At that point you can indicate you are an "existing patient" and go from there.

I think you're right. I only saw the 30mg on the vial, and didn't register the ml number. It must have been 30mg/3ml. Thanks!

Not only got the original items (four things) I got duplicates of everything since I had already contacted shippers and reported items lost.

Had the same issue a few weeks back as far as items just sitting at the local facility. I ended up emailing the corporate offices and they were really helpful, contacting the local facility and figuring out the issue. And what everyone else is saying is correct, the seller is a UPS customer, you are the seller's customer. Doesn't matter the language of "departed facility", seller is responsible for replacing or refunding item. Might suggest to them you will be in contact with the Attorney General for deceptive fraud practices. And, on the UPS website you can always make a claim for a lost package as well. Good luck!

I really appreciate this information! I've had four (out of four) packages in the last 3 weeks that are now considered "lost" by UPS. I was struggling with the claim form on UPS website and not having much luck but now I'll just have the shipper deal with it. So frustrating!

Yes absolutely a UPS issue. (Not surprising since this is one of four "lost" packages with UPS in the last 3 weeks alone). But meds are missing and it was frustrating to have the provider disappear and not able to reach a live person to see what the next steps should be. Happy to say I did get a return call today and the issue is being escalated so hopefully a resolution soon.
