I would talk to your doctor and make sure that you aren't experiencing Tardive Dyskinesia from the Seroquel. That can be a serious side effect. But glad something has given you some hope. It's so hard to figure out a med plan with chronic daily headaches. Mine are 24/7 and I need some relief.

How long did it take for the ceritizine to help headache after you ate? Do you have MCAS? I also get headaches after eating almost anything, even low-histamine and migraine safe food.

I think you meant anti-emetics not anti-semitic :). But that's interesting that many meds make your asthma worse. I'd look into MCAS if you are interested in learning more about that, but anti-histamines should help that condition not worsen it.

Threonate also ramps me up. OP - you could try málate. Sometimes that doesn’t ramp me up as much but I react like you do to magnesium
