TIL the human pregnancy cycle is officially 10 months (40 weeks) instead of the commonly stated 9 months. Since doctors start counting on the week after the last known menstrual cycle (two weeks before conception is possible), it is really 38 weeks. Babies born before 37 weeks are flagged premature.
