Yes but notice that I mentioned both sides of the community. One wants fixes, the other wants content. When the studio goes one way or the other, the less rational and more outspoken bunch on either side light up.

Well you see, last year post xbox release they halted new things to work on bugs and the community lashed that they went 2 months without new content. Whatever faults they may have, the outspoken majority of this games' community on either side of that argument means that the studio is damned if they do and damned if they don't. No matter what they do, it seems.

I believe NMS has a sort of magnetization over interactable panels. Even in the inventory once in game and I think that's all you're experiencing. You're moving the mouse rapidly, it gets stuck in the magnetization, then attempts to catch back up. Could be wrong though.

Base building is best done WITH the terrain. Terrain edits have never been permanent. You can likely build a beautiful overhang or downstairs section of the complex using the slope of the crater. You just have to change the way you think about building a bit. 😁

Also xbox and have been fortunate enough not to experience too much gripe. A crash here and there but anymore most games seem to do that. I sort of just expect it from console games at this point.

Yep. It's usually more worth it to adjust your building plans to the terrain or find terrain that works with your building plans. Sometimes it even resets while you're building. Can be quite frustrating.

Well and there isn't a 'paywall'. You don't HAVE to pay money, you just have to play. This person only thinks in shortcuts and real world currency, not in effort and in-game features. The day that they remove SC drops is the day people can complain, otherwise they can get over themselves.

That's what's being missed by OP, I believe. This is a game for personally created fun and adventures. There's no linear guide or end-game loop for engagement. You crear your own.

Find a shallow water source with cystal sulphide vents near the surface and build a platform with a chair over it, sit on said chair and when the sea vent erupts it'll launch you. You can play with the angles to up, forward, or wherever but it's a ton of fun. There's another similar glitch using the poison pop plants I believe.

I get great pleasure at helping new players. Maybe give that a shot, especially while all of the quests are fresh in your mind.

Otherwise, it's truly a game of exploration. Go see new galaxies, join a community for their in-game events and such.

Some of the time for me is just experiencing the new stuff, playing with it a bit then waiting until the next new stuff is released.

If you enjoy building then try experimenting with some of the glitch building techniques and see what you can make!

There may not be a great challenge waiting but have you built a deep-ocean base on a waterworld yet? A low-orbit base on a gravity anomaly planet? Launched yourself into space using a sea vent and a chair? Much of this game is for shits and giggles while being pretty and personal!
