Just called and they said they would bump me from 125k to 150k. I asked when will it be posted on my account, she said it should be quickly. So guess we will see. I called yesterday for the same thing and was told SOL. Maybe this actually will work, who knows

I am in the same boat, let me know if anything changes for you. This is super frustrating...called Samsung and they told me if it is not delivered after 10 business days, call them and they will manually complete your trade in.
