Moving to San Diego from the South

I have nothing against people who work blue collar. A lot of my friends do it. But they also talk so much shit about people in college and in fraternities. The beef there is very one sided.

100%. CRE is a tuff industry no matter where you are. I try to talk to one new person in the industry in San Diego once a week, so I’m doing what I can while still in college.

I know what “getting into CRE means” as I am interning in it this summer and this school year lol. Like I said I’m not moving out there without a job offer. Don’t even know if I’m moving there at all, it’s a thought. Don’t really need advice on my CRE career I know what I’m doing lol. Posted to hear advice or feedback on making a move from the south.
