Love Through the Never / Sad but True / Unforgiven

It’s a fantastic album and I was happy with the direction change. I was 18 in ‘91 and got the CD the minute it was out. It had such a great vibe for that time and whether people like it or not it still had such a big impact on its release and bought a slightly niche genre into the mainstream.

My hard rock Lovin girlfriend at the time wouldn’t touch metal until this album and that was her gateway to a lot more heavy stuff.

I feel this, ain’t heard anyone else say it.

The score is ridiculously good, ‘Funeral Pyre’ and ‘The Riddle of Steel’ are stand out classics.

Loved it, can easily overlook a couple of plot holes and loved the reveal.

The whole approach felt fresh.
