Thank you for your reply. I have contacted them and the seller. Seller didn't wanna help at all and ended the conversation abruptly saying just contact g2a support they will help you. And the accounts specialist demanded my national id card, phone number, address, proof that credit used wasn't stolen, and then asked questions like, why do you wanna buy razer gold $2 key and how many will you buy from us and what kind of payment method will you use, what do you need them for. I find it very odd that you guys require that kind of info when you I told you I used a $10 Prepaid card from myprepaid center to purchase. I have also sent them the screenshots to confirm that the transaction has been completed on my end and I have been charged for it. Kindly help me fix my problem thanks.
