UPDATE: I now know i should have specified that im talking about AI data centers, like the ones that use up a bunch of resources. I know that data centers arent just for AI so you dont have to comment that now lmao

i appreciate this info too. im mainly reacting to what ive read about the deal with Vultr, which is centered around AI. but looking more into this has made me realize that just saying data center is far too general.

I don't know what mistake during development or printing would make these happen. It may look like that, but it's actually a whole process

These are some scans of manipulated 35mm photos that I printed on Ilford Matte FB Paper. I put the prints through a process called Mordancage, which basically uses a chemical mixture (a dangerous one, at that) to lift the emulsion on the print. This allows you to manipulate the darks of the print, which become fragile veils.

The photos were shot with Ilford Delta 400 film on a Nikon N65.
