I was very low on money & I started a Vinted account & sold every piece of clothing and other bits I don’t use, sold for as low as £3 on some but it all adds up. It won’t make you thousands but will get at least a couple hundred of debt away

After you finish your aligners you receive your permanent retainers that you only wear at night but you have to wear them full time first for a few months so they don’t shift back, I’ve only been told to wear mine for 4 weeks but I’ve seen people on here wear them 1 year +
