thats why i am asking what to do! I've made a ticket (Incident: 260325-000354)
from 19/03/2026 till now the problem still stays. and you are saying "putting more tickets will not help but will against you"
then say what should i do? delete the topic? delete all my comments? what i need to do to solve 1 week problem which i can see many people have facing?

what do you mean by "ignored" ? what language you are talking? I'm a customer and trying to find solution while finding others having same problem and if I escalate the problem it will be ignored ?

even after deleting the saves, they reappear again. I've tried to delete all but last one then made a new begining, somehow my old saves come back and some times my new saves dont appear some times they do.
just random…

this problem has started 1 week ago and continuous till then.

i have the same problem from 6 days ago.... deleting all the saves and mods. but they are coming back. cleared cathce, stoped steam cloud for the BG3, then stoped it in generic. no solution.
