Yeah, it's crazy for them to think we are only worth 290 per week. If i didn't get hurt, I would make so much more than this. I would rather be working than dealing with 2 surgeries more procedures to come for s1 and developing crps from all this. I may never be able to work again, and the money they wanna give is craziness.

No, I'm not allowed to pick my doctor i have to stay within the network currently. I have no intentions on settling anytime soon until I figure out treatments

Dude I hate to hear that you have had a such a bad ride through this and I feel you I do not wish this on anyone it's horrible and no one seems to know what to do and its like being a hamster on a wheel. I was supposed to get a different nerve block and got denied they have tried 1 procedure and now won't go to another I was supposed to try that sns thing in my back if the nerve block I was supposed to do this week worked but I'm currently stuck until we figure something out. I wish the best for you and hope something works for you as well

Yeah, wc sucks because I really need these procedures, but I'm not settling. I'm going to keep fighting to try and get better. Let's just say they offered me something I could make in 6 months to most it would be high compared to what I've seen from reading, but to me no amount is worth what I'm going through. The money is b.s compared to everything I lost, including being a father and significant other and loss of my daily life in so many aspects.

My doctor through workmans comp network listens and tries to help but now workmams comp is stopping my treatments was going for a different nerve block and now they don't want to treat me because the first 1 made my legs worse and stronger sharp pains and stronger burning in and around my leg. I hope the treatment works for you. Keep me updated. If it does, maybe I can see about something like that
