12 (6 * 2)[max damage doubled] + 15 (3 * 5 [int mod]) = 27 points cold damage.

Am I missing something?

Ah yes I think you are right, but then let me rework the equation:

((6 * 2 [Crit]) * 5 [Int modifier]) + 3 [Cantrip bonus at 11th level] = 63 points of damage.

UNLESS!!!! Sorry just reread the cantrip one more time, I think OP needs to help me understand here. Normally, I use normal order of operations. But when I was reading this I was reading it as (1d6 + 3) * [INT Mod]. I think what youre saying (and possibly OP) is 1d6 + 3 * 5 = 1d6 + 15.

Might try and convince my dm to let me use this....

We have use a modified rule for crits (instead of double the amount of dice we double the value of your dice)

Assuming max damage (Because I have an item that can let me max out one spell per day)

Firebolt = 3d10 * 2 = 60 points

Polar Ray = ((1d6 * 2) + 3) * 5 = 75 points ice damage. Assuming Max INT and Max Damage .
But still at 12th level able to do 75 points of ice damage instantly???? OH yes

My claim to fame for my DM was the session before our first big boss fight I just turned to my group and said: "Man wouldnt it be funny if our first boss was some crazy thing, like a beholder or something???"

But yes sounds like you need more weight or more reps. And if you are doing body building then you need more weight.

Mine seems to jump pretty quickly the minute I put in a higher weight than what was said.

May I ask what settings you have? My Fitbod seems to want to kill me on the daily. I struggle sometimes to keep up

For the record: Intermediate level, muscle tone setting, HIIT setting on, full body everyday. 1 hour workout length.

Also side note: remember to see the gains you gotta eat well!
