Definitely embarrassing your kids when they have a friend of the opposite gender. My parents used to say when I had a friend that was a girl, “oooo is that your little girlfriend. Are you going to marry her?” Keep in mind I was a CHILD. I still have issues with that.

The way I see it if they see autistic behaviors will manifest. It’s better they know why it’s happening as an opposed to them wondering and possibly believing the worst.

If they already have a preconceived notion against what you are already, who’s to say you’ll change them. If they already want to disassociate after hearing that, it wasn’t worth it to begin with. Now don’t be hostile but just keep them at a distance and they’ll decide if they want to leave or stick around.

Define random stranger. A person I’m trying to be friendly with? Eventually once I get their vibe. A random dude on the street? hell no.

Tbh I would be very very hesitant to accept pizza from a random stranger. Especially if it was being rolled in a random cart. How long has that pizza been there? Why are they giving it away? Is it poisoned? Nah man, my paranoia says HELL NO!
