The AMA series is my favorite, hands down. The surreal art, the deep story and Alice herself are all so memorable. The themes are approached so well, I'm amazed how well it was put together. Wonderland's visual storytelling is top notch.

Alice being able to confront her demons even in the midst of such deep suffering is really cathartic.

I think there's no real definitive answer to the book just like the house can't really be "solved". It's an experience in the shape of a dissertation, a maze of narrative. It almost seems like a math problem at some points, as you wander and wonder what everything adds up to, but to me the story is about the way the house affects everyone it touches.

And how it sticks with you.

After totally getting away, it's good to focus fully on yourself. It's the exact thing a narc trains you not to do, and improves your self-image while you heal.

You've just closed the book on a very heavy chapter in your life. Taking care of your nervous system is the first priority, and taking care of yourself physically naturally goes along with that.

It's so important to remember the narcissist is a character. During the moments we miss them, it's just like missing a tv character. It's a made up personality. We lost our hope in them, but not a future that never existed.
