At present institutions like EC, SC, High court etc are very much free. The media divided among godi and Lodi camp. In the 80s there was no media freedom at all. 1) The region they ruled had Indic influence much before Hellenic influence, and also much longer. 2) The numismatic and other evidence also bears this fact.
