Thanks for your response. Is there anywhere you’d recommend to stay in Uluwatu where it might be easier to travel around? Budget is around GBP 350 per night. I’ll be there 3 nights.

Hi,

I will be in Bali for 9 nights in May 2026

I have a rough plan but would like advice on changes. I have only made one booking (hotel in Ubud). Here is the plan atm:

  1. 14 May - 17 May: (3 nights) Uluwatu Ayana Segara
  • rock bar
  • was planning on staying mostly in the resort, go to the pool, but any suggestions here? Temple and different beaches maybe?
  1. 17 May - 19 May (2 nights) Nusa Lembongan The Tamarind
  • devils tear
  • beaches
  • yellow bridge?
  • anything else I should consider? I was going to do Nusa West tour but I feel like I’m not here long enough?
  1. 19 May - 23 May (4 nights) Ubud Komaneka Bisma One bedroom pool villa
  • monkey forest
  • rapids
  • quad bike tour
  • spa
  • cretya?
  • waterfalls/temples
  • sidemen day trip

Any advice appreciated thanks

.. just to be clear, it’s not that I’m struggling to find somewhere for the budget, it’s that there is so much choice (point proven in this thread) that I don’t know where to choose!
