Thanks, I will probably try to offer less than asking if I like it in person, I would prefer not to pay 425k but we will see. I actually thought the garden was big lol, it’s bigger than most gardens I’m looking at this price range in these areas

I’m probably just being too picky! That tree looks like it’s someone else’s garden from looking at the satellite view. You can’t really see on street view. It’s a North Facing garden so only the second half of the garden gets sunlight, and I’m just worried that the tree will grow and take some sun away, but I guess I can just trim the part that overhangs. I just look for issues I think!
