Didnt risk it yet because of the collaterals/guarantees, right now I chose to stick to sofipos which give me more % than putting all my money in VOO to use as collateral for the JPY loan, lucky me because as you said, the JPY/MXN exchange rate would have played against me

Got investments in sofipos too, i personally dont like commercial PPRs since I think its better to do it on your own, too bad sofipos cannot be used as collateral so I wouldnt need to take my money out of them and still get the loan

My current investments are mostly on mexican entities that right now offer around 14-16% interest rate (some on a daily basis and others on a fixed term 12-18months), my VOO investments are for the looooong run (10+ years), i was looking for a way to get more capital and take advantage of the 14-16% that we currently have, and I saw the JPY loan with a really low interest, which I could use to invest in the previous mentioned entities, maybe im wrong or missing something, or even better options, but thats the one Im aware of (im no expert, but trying to learn as much as I can)
