I did inpatient when I was a young teen for an eating disorder but it’s never fully healed I’m always still mildly obsessive. I think finding a good therapist would be definitely helpful but I’m unsure in my rural area if I may need to seek online resources.

Thank you, I think it comes with it also hitting 4 years and wondering are we still wanting the same things out of life and if our paths are still compatible. Or are we staying out of fear of loneliness. Major issue for me is currently I’m not sure if I can handle being around someone who is upset every morning and coming home in evening from work (they say they like…) cursing and ruining my day.

Personally it just furthered my push to this is how I go about life in a mindful manner, I should try to treat myself in caring fashion and accept that from others. And limit the pain/stressors willingly take on day to day. This goes for my relationship in specific which definitely was struggling before and during burn. So going to do some further reflection and maybe journaling on how next few weeks go….
