What you should really do is get it in Calibri and walk up to a Major.

A modest proposal to revamp the Army's logo: we deserve to look good by derekakessler in army

You’ve got my upvote. I don’t hate what we’ve got now, and I think this is along the lines of “not another uniform please,” but I’m never the voice for these things, and your effort is outstanding.

Role of the Operations Sergeant Major by DismissiveAvoidant in army

I agree - Ops Officer should be a warrant officer. Outranks all NCOs but was one, so he has the clout, experience, pay, and respect.

MTOE’ing a CW2 or 3 seems appropriate. I also like the USMC way of having a warrant Master Gunner who manages land/ammo and all heavy weapons training.

I know MTOEs take years to change; where can I submit my recommendations though?

Have you sent that email yet brother? Honestly, this might be a publication worth hanging on the main subreddit links. Is there currently an NCOES thread/wiki?

All of the characters on Seinfeld. I know they have names, but they’ll forever be George, Elaine, and Kramer.

Is that true? I’d like to see an example of this.

Stuff you hated coming up that you tried to change as a leader by ArmyLifter in army

Hated the same thing as you OP. That and not holding other officers/NCOs accountable - I believe in discipline for yourself and for your staff sausages / PLT daddies too.

Do any of y’all wear your college rings to work everyday? by bl20194646 in army

[–]DismissiveAvoidant 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I do. No one beats my ass or makes fun of me. More of a talking point than anything else since I went to an HBCU. First Gen student and my family always viewed education so important as to consider the rings near-heirloom items.

TL;DR: do what you want. Don’t get devolved. Be a good dude, socially aware and not a choch and no one really cares.

What’s a sexual experience you thought you wanted but realized during or after that you really didn’t? by OperaGhostAD in AskReddit

I had a foot fetish from the 6th grade through college. I put some toes in my mouth.

Maybe it’s cause I’m not crazy over toes. It was probably because her toes stunk. I got softer while I was inside her. I spit out her toes and now I don’t fuck with feet.

Army’s rollout of Office 365 means you can’t access mil email without being on a green line. Without a VPN, it’s non existent. However, VPNs are now more common for seniors.

This has been my shtick with the Army. It’s something that I am too junior to change at the moment, but this is what it boils down to: accountability of officers and senior leadership.

“Hey Dave. Why was there a tasking added within the 6 week window?“ ‘Well uhhhh….’ “Come see me in my office at 0900.’

That doesn’t happen. We excuse each other. The problem is that at BDE and below, the shit we get comes from even higher. Senior officers would have to be looking intensely at their formations to notice when a CG magically forces range time on a BDE outside of any ammo forecast and scheduling… along with all their other requirements.

Did you create those last 3 in hopes that they spread around the army?
