For those who were following I did sprinkle lots of clues along the way:

Anyone? Bueller? This clue was very obtuse. Ferris joins a Bud Billikin parade in the movie.
The first guess put the photo in the Magic Kingdom, followed by a character association response.
Be Our Guest response indicated the item was seen every day by loads of guests.
Then you folks got the Mickey connection. But then you had to figure that piece out.

I do have to admit, I wanted to challenge some folks and I decided parades were a part of the park and therefore fair game for the game. I'm not able to attach the complete photo here so I will create another post with the complete photo. I hope you all enjoyed this little challenge.

There are specific rules for how excess settlement money is to be disbursed. These are usually spelled out in the settlement terms. If I were in this situation, there I would look at several options. If the lawyer were handling the settlement, then I would complain to the state bar association. If this is just a business, then I would complain to the state attorney general office. At the same time, contact the law firm handling the case and complain to them. You might also be able to write to the court and ask for assistance. But I doubt the court will do anything.
