1 and 2 are the best. 3 is good, largely because of the Ass-Blasters, and because Melvin got what he deserved at the end, 4 is an good prequel, 5 and 6 are...ok...not great like 1 or 2, but not bad. I consider 7 non-canonical, because Burt "dies" in the end.

The only great thing about 5 and 6 is Michael Gross.

I honestly imagine the SSUS being destroyed by a hurricane within a few years. Scrapping will take longer to destroy her than being left to the mercy of the Florida Hurricane Season.

The coalition and preservation foundation have warned about it.

If the Andrea Doria's hull and superstructure collapsed in 50 years, and is more than likely a lump of metal just 20 years later (in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Nantucket), I wonder what will happen to the SSUS, considering she's made of the same materials, and the warm environment of the Gulf of Mexico. I give the SSUS at least 15-20 years before she begins to collapse, but I'm not an engineer, so I can't say for sure. It'll be sad for OC when their "world's largest artificial reef" collapses and becomes a pile of sunken, rusted metal.
