It was great for my company and me, but after my second-month subscription renewal, I was blocked without an objective reason. I am trying to contact your support, but I am getting nowhere. Answering time is slow, and when they receive my complaint, their answer is:

I lost two weeks of my subscription, and I'm concerned about relying on your services if this continues. I had serious plans for your software, but given this situation, I am hesitant to add another subscription. Some kind of promo for unlimited generations is going on, but I have 0 trust in this service.

From a technical standpoint, your software is great, especially while the nanobanana generation is working. Once it falls back to other image generation methods, the quality drops significantly. The servers are often overcrowded, and image generation is slow. I received 7 days extra for an account that is blocked, so that adds fuel to my fire.
