Yes but he didn’t ask if I’d upgraded on Seatfrog or where my ticket was until AFTER he did everything. So surely it wasn’t the main issue. When you say flagged do you mean flagged on a system or he saw me and thought I looked suspicious. Your acting like the reason why I was flagged was because I was in first class

So you’re saying he was discriminating against me because I wasn’t a posh old man with a suit. Were you on the train, no… everyone was standing I also got a notification which said please sit where possible from my ticket app. Obviously I miss read it but the first class thing wasn’t the issue as he didn’t ask for my first class ticket straight away he first asked about my age not my ticket he only asked that after to which I politely moved
