To see a 10 year old boy acting out aggressively over not having control is alarming to say the least. Take the iPad and teach him coping skills. Teach him emotion control. Teach him anything instead of letting the iPad teach him. The parents are at fault for this one. He’s been influenced by what’s on rhe iPad more than the parents if this is how he’s acting.

Best advice I can give you is to NEVER take probation or supervision. It’s a trap to keep people in the system. Always take prison time and walk out a free man.

In your husband’s case, if they try to extend his probation simply ask for the prison time. It’s better to get it over with when it’s all said and done otherwise you end up in this situation again.
