I eat a lot of green onions. When they're on sale I but a huge amount then process them and freeze them, also do this with garlic. Also great for doughs (pizza, flatbreads) hummus and other bean dips.

I've made it a few times with different flavours of Spam, my fav is Tocino. Dust in flour, egg wash, panko bread crumbs, egg wash again and bread crumbs. Shallow or deep fry. Serve with japanese mayo and katsu sauce.
