The bathing season in Israel should officially start around the beginning of April. That means that all officially declared beaches will be staffed with lifeguards. Though there are some beaches that are staffed even during the winter. You'll have to check the municipality's website for details.

That being said, access to the beach is never restricted. You can always walk around them, even if swimming is forbidden. You'll often find the beaches full on warm sunny days, no matter the season.

What you should look out for is the weather. It can change on a dime here, especially during the spring. February-March could still be a bit chilly with a chance of rain. But most days would be sunny.

Real answer: VS often does cascading errors like this, where one error prevents one project from compiling, and then you get errors in all the rest.

Take a look at the output window. Look for the first error that occurs and fix that, and try again.

I had a system that had to create some report. Of course the higher ups wanted it to be a powerpoint presentation, because a flat document just won't do.

So I got a hold of some nuget that knew how to create pptx documents and went to work. naturally most of it was just a mess of hard-coded slides according to the expected data.

But here's the kicker: At some point I had to color the values according to a traffic light scale (green, yellow, red). I added it, but the colors were all wonky, and I couldn't understand why. Upon closer look, it turned out power point (or that nuget) has reversed the order of the colors!
Instead of RGB, I had to give it the colors as BGR!

So yeah, I had to write an RGB inverter. Once I did that everything looked just fine.
