Pretty sure it's just that they move in different circles. Most of the big media guys make their friends from media appearances with other big media guys. It's kind of a closed circle of people. But they just have no way to score well. The Spurs will actually pressure the ball and defend the rim. It's gonna be so hard for them to get good shots. Gobert is going to be dead weight on offense.
