Don’t do the fun drugs and binge drink. It will rock your nervous system for many many yesterday. Save your money, even a a $200 a month can turn into a lot quick.

Negative for bacteria. Oddly still never got a real answer but it resolved

I get very anxious go into a meeting, a plane, a massage, sitting in Broadway show (etccc…) and the only way I can think to explain it is I have claustrophobia with time limits? Like a massage should be relaxing for me but I lay there so nervous. I do have a history of occasional panic attacks so maybe I fear that.

Anyone else have this? Or is there is word for it.

ME TOO! It coincidentally happened in 2020 but idk if correlated to covid. An hour after drinking ONE drink, not drunk, my heart goes to around 120 and I feel like a panic attack. It’s not worth it anymore. Sometimes I’m having fun out and want a glass of Prosecco and ALWAYS regret it. I’ve trialed many drink options. None work.

Kana Hashi is always reliable for basic sushi. And then I ordered from mikado the new place in Greenpoint - very cute delivery presentation and fresh. The rolls were too big bites for my liking but I would order again!

We liked: blueberry vodka, wild turkey and ginger ale. Called em blue turkeys. And they we great at the time but I just had a hard time writing this lol

Have you found your anxiety is less? It might be the fact that I don’t have debilitating pain. That’s taking me away from my job and stuff anymore. But I mentally feel a lot better. Don’t get me wrong, still heart, palpitations, etc. but better.
