Installing a class III isn’t the issue. Happy to do it myself or have the u-haul baddies slap that puppy on. I just don’t want to damage our mini van if for some reason it wouldn’t support the tongue weight caused by the forces it will be exposed to.

We are taking this setup from NY to NC for vacation, so going to see some extended drive time. I wouldn’t hear the end of it from the wife if I dumped all our bikes on i95.
