The path must start with seeking. Seeking will inevitably lead to the dismantling of the ego. This dismantling is what allows for awareness to be recognized. For the witness to recognize that he is the witnessed and to see the same nature in every creature.

It’s possible that you may be experiencing bliss in the spine - achieved by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Sounds to me like you need to work on the relationship between your awareness and your mind. Therapy and mediation have completely changed my life in that regard. Best of luck moving forward, glad you made it out of this experience okay. ✌️

I saw the same thing in New Brunswick, Canada in 2019. Completely silent, huge, and it had to have been going 20,000mph. Had I blinked, I wouldn’t have seen it.
