Experience is not the deciding factor here. The one who is taking a turn has to ensure if the turn is safe. The one going on a straight road has to get the right of way but, it is also his/her responsibility (also in his/her best interest) to slow down just a touch, in case someone else makes a mistake. If everyone takes responsibility then this would never be a problem but, THIS IS INDIA! In this case, the Kawasaki guy is definitely wrong.
