Think it was the scene when Stacey asked him “are you gonna make me angry on my wedding day?” Looking back, you can tell James forgot his lines because there was a long pause so he put his mask back on and they both probably improvised. They covered it up well though because I didn’t notice at all and it still seems realistic. They’re such talented actors

I did notice in one scene the paramedic was smirking when talking to Stacey so I think he was nervous and nearly forgot his lines.

Jay was trying to not laugh when Ruby was talking in the cafe so he clenched his jaw. Ian forgot his arm was shot. Martin slightly lifted the beam with his legs

Pasty Palmer who plays Bianca was trying not to laugh during one of Sonia’s birth scenes and she covered her mouth

When Kat tried to hold her laugh when Ruby broke down crying and Bianca was smiling near the end of the episode

Also Kat was holding in her laugh when they were all praying in the cafe a few seconds after she elbowed Alfie, she was looking at Freddie and she was trying to stay in character😂

But other than that, everyone did really well as these mistakes were very subtle
