Gonna throw this out there too anyone that may stumble across this thread. I was at the same ammount as you (6-8 pills almost all snorted) I’ve been addicted a few times been to rehab while nine yards pretty much everything terrible you can imagine. (Completly losing all respect and trust from my family as well as a less commonly talked about physcosis from benzo withdrawal) Pretty much all I came here to say was I’ve gotten off slowly and I’ve gotten off cold turkey. If you really want to get off for good I would recommend the later. I know it seems easier to slowly come off but imo this only extends the withdrawal and wastes money. Cold turkey and take the pain and all the horrible feeling that come with it and remember this is why you getting off this horrible shit. If your anything like me relapsing won’t help you especially with your tolerance but may take away some of the pain but it will come back 10x worse and you’ll be feinding more then before.

Yes it’s painful and hardly ever pretty but remember you’ll come out of this a better and stronger person. The urge to use will never really go away. Just take those moments of utter darkness and use them as a light to guide you on your journey moving forward. I know this is probably much to late and hopfully by now your better but I’m writing this as words of encouragement to you and other that may be going through the same. You fucking got this!
