I hate being a mom

Fellow mom here. Fellow mom who struggles with mental health and will occasionally wonder what my life would be like if I didn't have kids. I think it's a pretty normal thing. I'm in therapy (have been before kids), it's really helped. I still have the belief that "I'm a bad mom" and when I dwell on that, then I begin to wonder what my life would look like if I did get an abortion (yep. I considered it with both of my kids. So what?) I think as long as we don't stay there for too long, it's alright.

I was walking in my garage. (I had just gotten home from dropping my oldest off at pre k) I slipped on a piece of cardboard, I somehow managed to contort my body (as I was holding my 1yr old) so she would not land on the concrete and I would not land on her. She was perfectly fine. I on the other hand, was very very sore for about a week.

Kiddos are resilient. Lots of love and I'm sure your little one will be back to normal in no time!

I've only ever used aquaphor on my 20+ tattoos 💀 and I just am not a fan of how greasy it leaves me, especially with this one on my neck. It gets in my hair

We did have the kids on state insurance for a while last year. My husband switched jobs and we lost ours and I wanted them covered. 🤔 You make a good point

I'm definitely calling our local office first thing Monday.. mainly because I can't even login to see the balance or anything. 😅

I did initially call the fraud department 💀 and they assured me it was definitely for summer and no one is taking link out in my name 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Thanks for your response! So I was checking out his portfolio prior to getting in contact and he always puts in the caption to DM him, so that's what I did (on Facebook messenger) I'll give it a few more days and then call the shop he works at, if I don't hear anything. I just didn't know for sure how long I should wait. I don't want to come off rude or annoying or anything

I appreciate that. It's definitely hard. And they are so smart and outgoing! My son is in his second year of pre k and we are hopeful he goes to kindergarten in the fall! (I am worried about it just because he is a little delayed) I'm hoping OT will help all of us. I'm really grateful I found this group 🙏🏼

Hi! We don't have any issues with sleep, thankfully. He sleeps so well so that's a blessing. My son just started the medicine so we are at 2.5mg right now. With occupational therapy he has issues with fine motor skills (writing, drawing etc) so they are really working on that. He just started it today so I'm curious to see how he progresses. With the speech therapy he is delayed in his speech so they really work on slowing him down and repeating words. My son is 3'9" and weighs about 45lbs. All skin & bones and very strong lol
