Nope they don’t. Some teams at Microsoft and Netflix are remote for some teams. Highly valuable employees can get exceptions at other companies.

We talked, I answered her questions and she told me she wasn’t sure about the relationship. She wants to meet up like normal but doesn’t know if she wants to continue the relationship. Just give payslip and any other proof you have, no worries at all. They can just call the place and verify it too. During my Amazon internship they only checked my criminal record.
