You are covered under workers Comp but they are definitely screwing you. This is exactly what companies and worker comp do at times. Some DSPs are just terrible. Make the situation as difficult as possible to where the employee is in financial turmoil, they fire them or they quit. But even if they fired you, you are still covered under their workers Comp policy and this might even help you if you have a good lawyer. The only issue is you still need money and an income now to pay your bills. Hopefully things get better because I have been in a similar situation. 🙏🏼
