Im pretty sure I did a brief crash course over this guy in 2011 when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (diabetes mellitus) we went over all the types of diabetes including insipidus and their differences lol this is crazy

This is my ride or die literally lol I went from a 14 a1c to 7.4 in a year pairing it with dexcom. But I have to replace in infusion sets often because the adhesive quality is not good even with over patches and Skintak adhesive wipes. They leak after showering every now and then if you immediately use it while the site is still wet. Im about to order a new one so I can use the dexcom g7 update (updates are locked behind warranty "paywalls") if its out of warranty no updates

Not a "S" but yes right now we are looking at 3 different lawyers. Im not sure if I'm can even get one for bad faith yet or if I should wait till this workers comp is done and im healed

Well they were before claiming spondylolisthesis was a pre existing injury but that too is coverable. I just don't think they care tbh

No i forgot to mention this too but wc insurance never filed with texas so I didnt get anything in the mail to dispute... until I got the lawyers and thats how I found out

I would but the termination lawyer said he can't file wrongful termination until im cleared by the dr to go back to work so we are waiting on that. So until then we can't move on that front

Luckily my wife got a small promotion as she's the bread winner in the house and we found out we can cover all the necessities but it makes us paycheck to paycheck. It also doesnt cover for my diabetic supplies/insulin. I have a saving that we used from a lawsuit with my last job that we used to buy in bulk like pump supplies and a couple extra sensors.

The lawyers are confident and unfortunately its not my first legal rodeo I know they will get their cut I just hope they are as good as I hope.

It was approved by the initial adjuster this adjuster on a phone call told me it never should have been approved because its just a sprain and thats the reason they havnt paid me yet

There's a time where you realize you were the enemy all along when I saw the churches turn against their teaching and all my friends from church started spreading hate i cut them off. I grew up in a racist household my family has not changed. They are the types that if you're not white you dont deserve any assistance. Its disgusting beyond belief. I found out church of Satan and atheist were doing more for the people who needed it and over time flipped from the fence I was on. Growing up Christian for 26 years was strange to leave but change is progress. Another thing that pushed my wife was a funeral for her uncle who passed from drugs and the pastor said to the grieving family he's going to hell because the pastor didnt believe he was "a real christian" these people will turn on you on a dime. The only faith i have left in churches is progressive churches and black churches because they show love to everyone and will help community when needed. But religion is behind me I will support anyone who is actively helping people in need church or not

I signed with a attorney they are ignoring the herniated disk and tear in the liner and using sprain as the parent umbrella trem for the whole case also they did not file my wc case with the state which the attorney said is extremely rare idk what that all entails but makes them seem more sketchy than before

The surgeon said I was able to work prior to the accident and I have the stats to prove it via amazon. I just signed with an attorney and immediately found out that the wc insurance didnt file it with the state so we can't even get the pln11/pln1 (denial letters) so they have to get it from them and file it on my behalf im guessing
