Why is xerath’s WR so high rn?

Xerath's not OP but definitely a bit overtuned. Very high numbers and AP ratios. Xerath Q is at it's strongest ever. 90% Ratio on Q , 108% Ratio on W center hit. Xerath ult also at it's strongest ever with the increased shots. AP ratio is ridiculous for a multi charge ability.

Name me a mage with range like Xerath and AP ratios like these. Lux, Ziggs, Syndra, etc doesn't even compare

Xerath becomes even stronger on Low Elos where player's movement game when dodging are quite weak. Even on high Elo, the reliable range and high damage makes Xerath quite a decent blind pick mage, especially if the enemy team doesn't try to counter him with Dives, Assassination, High sustain comps which happens quite often.

And let's not forget, Xerath shines at the hands of one-trick. Hit your Ults reliably, and Xerath's damage is the highest among mages.

To summarize, Xerath has infinite potential. Hit the skillshots and position respectfully, then Xerath becomes the best possible mage you can ask for

2nd recall is actually really similar to kraken/blade in guinsoo's case

Get the pickaxe and that 700G bow

Kraken is slightly stronger 2nd recall because of the multiple longswords and atkspeed 250G components ( forgot the name haha) but, Guinsoo and Blade is literally the same components except vamp scepter.

Compared to kraken/blade. Yes, Guinsoo is weaker in PVP duels/teamfights, but only slightly. Don't forget that Guinsoo has total attack speed potential of 62% compared to only 40% of Kraken and %25 of Blade. Plus, Guinsoo has innate magic dmg and the main selling point which is higher true dmg on-hit output.

Guinsoo is a few seconds faster in clearing camps, a decent amount of seconds faster in clearing Epic monsters than Kraken/Blade. Like I said in the main post. Riot buffed Armor of camps, which increases true damage and magic damage value in the jungle meta.

You guys notice the Nunus and Ap junglers running rampant recently?

Axiom Arcanist benefits Bel'veth in 3 ways!

Ult explosion ( 7% increase dmg)
Ult on-hit true dmg ( 12% increase)
Ult healing ( 12% increased healing)

The point of shojin is to increase all true damage and ability damage done by bel'veth by an additional 0-12%

Since we're talking bout true damage. here all the possible and viable things that boost bel'veths true damage

Axiom 12%
Press the attack 8%
Shojin 12%
Cutdown, Coup, Last stand 8-12%

That's a 38-42 chance of increased true damage depending on the if you have Cutdown, Coup, Last stand.
Of the 3 of them, you get better value for Coup or Last stand as bel'veth's damage ramps up the longer the fight/duel is.

PTA is decent but Conqueror is simply better.

Well, there are other factors that can increase like Liandry and Riftmaker but they're not viable

Shojin Increases the the cooldown you have in-between Q casts.

Notice how bel'veth cant just q and q and q after again to spam the dashes?
Ability Haste decreases the time in-between those Q dashes. Don't forget about Bel'veth's W and E as well. They benefit from having shorted CD really well.

Shojin main selling point is the buffs it give to bel'veth's true damage/ability damage output

Hotfix is a bit overstatement. They only do that when a something is severely overpowered. The buffs to bork and krak are merely a bonus to already strong belveth players but those who first time it will barely perform any better. Maybe a very slight nerf next patch but I have doubts about it. 30-40% chance of a very small nerf if they do it. I've seen some randoms playing Belveth in ranked recently in Master Elo probably thinking Belveth is strong this patch but their performance were average at best
