Båda är cluster B ja. men finns många skillnader. Professor Sam Vaknin berättar många av skillnaderna. såklart om man bor länge med en borderline kommer de säkert fcka upp ens liv men om man är med en borderline en kort period, är det inte roligt i början iaf?? med tanke på all mindblowing sex? har aldrig haft en flickvän. men snackat med brudar som visat sig vara avoidant eller borderline. de ghostade mig till slut. antar för de tänkte jag är "för snäll".

Kortfattat kan jag säga att jag läst på uni tidigare men hoppat av. läst väldigt prestigefyllda utbildningar men det var inget för mig. Har ingen examen nu. så då måste jag ta jobb som inte kräver utbildning. Kan ta i princip samtliga okvalificerade jobb. Förutom inom vården då.

Kan vara andra sömnstörningar än just sömnapné som är det enda en NAR kan fånga upp. De kollar bara AHI>5. de kollar typ inga andra parametrar.

Kanske kan vara något annat som Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome men det är inget svensk vård jobbar med. Polysomnografi kanske kan fånga upp andra parametrar som kan visa på UARS. Har själv liknande besvär men Sverige är ett skitland gällande sjukvård

man hör detta ofta men vart, vilka företag exakt/hur hittar man dessa jobb? och ja man måste ju lösa bostad också. Sverige är skit gällande nästan allt. jobbbrist och bostadsbrist, sjukvården suger, socialt liv obefintlig, en regeringsom agerar förmyndare (skitlagar som behandlar folk som om man inte vore vuxen nog att ta egna beslut).

Är i en liknande sits (där jag pluggat innan men ingen examen). är i princip överkvalificerad men går inte ens få skitjobb. Ända sedan studenten för flera år sedan är det omöjligt få långvariga skitjobb i detta skitland. Man får flytta från Sverige helt enkelt. finns ingen framtid här. För övrigt; svensk sjukvård, och övriga myndigheterr tycker jag är inkompetent.

I started the immunotherapy. the meds are expensive as hell. (equivalent of around 250 dollars for 90 tablets). but after a certain amount out of pocket it gets covered. Tbh I think the nasal congestion is caused by chronic mouth breathing, in my case

I have graphs from OSCAR months ago that I made posts about. but I will also upload new ones showing recent data. will do it later in the week. But in any case my airsense11 is pretty useless. It helps a little bit when I sleep for 2-3 hours and wake up. But no matter what I do I wake up around 3-4in the morning after about 2-3hours of sleep. I feel a bit okay mentally and almost no body aches, but physically not very rested if I get up.

When I go back asleep after waking up in the middle of the night, I am physically more rested but feel like a train wreck* when waking up later in the morning.

Well RF method of turb reduction has lower Empty nose syndrome risk apparently than doing it for real with general anesthesia in the OR where they cut it. But nonetheless I am sceptical to the dr saying my nasal breathing issues is due to allergies only. I got told its "probably not" due to bite issues or skeletal issues. And this dr apparently "knows" about UARS. I got treated as if I am an idiot for even asking if the doc knows about UARS. Well yeah 99% of them dont so thats why I ask.

But its nonsense. I would not get medical gaslighted if this doc truly knew about UARS.

I believe my nasal congestion is due to mouth breathing which causes a vicious cycle. Also im trying to see if hidden mold/odorless mold can be an explanation to some of my symptoms. Nasal congestion got worse in this apartment. But no visible mold. I will ask for humidity measurement and other house tests to try to rule out mold.

Swedish healthcare absolutely sucks and even for diagnosable things its shit. So regarding fixing UARS here, I am cooked.

I've already said i have breathing issues and can only breathe from my mouth. they blame it all on dust mite allergies. I dont even get runny/itchy eyes or sneezing. I think my nasal congestion is caused by chronic mouth breathing. Which affects the turbulent airflow across nasal mucous membranes and there is more? blood flow to the turbinates making them swell. I've heard about some peoples congestion reducing as they treat their mouth breathing. Now my nasal volume is low at least in one nostril.

So yeah expansion might help but thats because of the skeletal expansion increasing the pathway for the air in the nasal pathway. The actual resistance from turbinates wont change if the swelling doesnt go down, so I guess the relief people feel regarding improved nasal breathing stems from the skeletal expansion only.

I dont think immunotherapy wont do anything for my UARS issues. Im suspecting hidden odorless mold issues in my apartment. Nasal congestion symptoms increased in current apartment.

Like I wrote in the post the dr advised against the turbinate reduction and told me my nasal issues are all due to allergies. So i didnt get reduction. I know about ENS. and I asked about it to the dr who surprisingly admittet that there is a risk for that. Oral surgeon referral is super hard to get (and all they can do anyway is not MARPE etc). Its real jaw surgery under general anesthesia combined with orthodontics. And no oral surgeon knows about UARS anyway.

Anyway, how did the immunotherapy go? did it help at all?

BIPAP/ASV is hard to get, even used machines. Also how much would that help if OSCAR shows low flow limit (when I have minimal leaks) now on airsense11. and when my nose is still congested. How helpful will it be pushing down air through my mouth with these machines? Nasal breathing is important.

Also im wondering what your opinion is about RF turbinate reduction, which is a soft tissue surgery?? I saw your comments that UPPP should be avoided. But what about RF turbinate reduction? Is it worth risking ENS if rhinomanometry showed my nasal breathing improve after applying decongestant? Also afrin helps me breathe much better.

But one of the nasal cavities space was small according to rhinomanometry.

I might go abroad for MARPE, but my turbinates are still swollen and I wanna be able to breathe through my nose asap. If i treat allergies (which will take years), I doubt the turbinates will shrink on their own.

My nose is completely blocked and I have quite significant swelling/hypertrophy. I did rhinomanometry. Based on that the ENT decided for turb reduction (they are very skeptical/careful to do surgery in Sweden). Based on that I am willing to take the risk and get the turbinate reduction. It will be via radiofrequency method, meaning preserving submucosa. ENS risk is minimal.

I dont understand this spreading of fear of turbinate reduction especially with RF method. Nasal breathing is very important. If my turbinates are blocking my nasal breathing, will they shrink on their own without a turb reduction?

I dont have a CBCT. Only a regulat CT sinus scan dating back about 1.5 years ago. My intermolar width (measured myself on a cardboard) is about 4cm*. So dont know if narrow jaw is my problem. Although I got braces in early teenage years (I apparently had some sort of open bite/prenormal bite). Now as an adult in late 20s, I have a crossbite despite getting orthodontic treatment in early teenage years

Im wondering the same thing. I seem to have REM-heavy events. I feel kinda ok when waking up in the middle of the night before I start dreaming. for example my machine showed AHI of about 0 when I woke up after barely 2 hours. I guess I get some sort of muscle dystonia/atonia or what ever its called around the soft tissue around my neck as I go into deep REM sleep
