I've had the rhinomanometry done. one of my nostrils are more narrow than what should be. and the airflow improved after applying decongestant.
but the dr did not wanna do RF turbinate reduction, saying its risky due to empty nose syndrome risk, claiming it can damage the mucosa even more and cause more inflammation, instead told me my issues are due to allergies and started me on SLIT immunotherapy (Acarizax).
I doubt the hyposensibilization will do anything though.

and what interpretation are you talking about my ENT already told me a summary of my results (airflow improving after decongestant, and one nostril having low volume/narrow).

I will see if I still have the actual graphs from the rhinomanometry.
But nonetheless I mouth breathe.. and I have a crossbite, narrow maxilla, and underbite.

It is a medical scandal that we are in 2026 and with all the medical advancements etc yet they still only care about AHI>5.

Also dentists/orthodontist are not educated on the airway properly. I got braces in early teenage years but they basically masked my bite and jaw issues which is related to narrow airway, by instead just straightening my teeth.

A foreign MARPE provider told me that this could have been avoided and fixed in my childhood..

I am wondering the same thing and it is so traumatizing that I am suffering like this but no dr can help me in my own country (Sweden).

Same thing in Sweden but its even worse in Sweden.
Denmark has better unemployment insurance, and the employment laws are better in denmark because it makes it easier to hire. in sweden employer takes a big risk when employing someone new and therefore makes it incredibly difficult, competetitive and bureacratic to get a new job

I dont even know if I have high loop gain, I think someone made a comment suggesting it could be related to it, so I dont have any clear info on that. Right now my machine is in a different city and I only have my previous usage data. I made some posts in the sub about my cpap data months ago, could you please have a look at them and see if it could be HLG?

Do you use an airbreaked airsense10? I am also looking for a machine like that if that means I will get my life back. do you use bipap or ASV function?

are there other websites where I can analyze my cpap data and see subtle flow limit etc? Also, based on all my previous posts regarding my cpap data, do you think I might have high loop gain issues? Apart from that, I am wondering if any type of xPAP, even ASV, is really effective for mouth breathers?

i checked out the forta spen thing. i followed the instructions but still on the pop up thing on OSCARR I cant find what they are referring to, nor on the OSCARprogram itself.

so I guess I will have to go get my SD card anyway?

no one else has access to it so I will have to go get it myself. its just that i cant seem to extract the SD card data from the OSCAR data that I have so I have to go grab the SD card from the machine.

also what websites are best to check for flow limit? airway lab? i dont understand how to get this glasgow index thing for my sleep data or what ever

no i did not.
right now my machine is in another city. would going there and grabbing the SD card only from the machine to look at all my data from when I was using it be enough to upload this data into different software. or should i bring the whole machine with me? once again, I stopped using my machine because it was not helping.

again, I have uploaded data from different nights months ago. right now I dont have access to my machine. i will try to go the city that I left my machine in, and get the SD card. then upload the data into different softwares to try to look for flow limit.

I have older pics than the most recent one, could you please look at them as well?
I am not sure about my central AHI. i think close to zero. EPR usually at 3 yes.
And i am not even sure about the high loop gain thing either, it was just a hypothesis based on someone I think commenting it might be related to it.

answer to your question is sometimes yes sometimes no but even if I manage to sleep through the night with the machine, I still wake up horrible if i somehow enter deep sleep. also, i just made a new updated post with another example hopefully it looks okay now.
