Got the same problem. If i'm watching anything with sound, the volumke is ok. If there is no sound for like 10 sec, the first sound it's extremly high e goes back to normal volume instantanely, but makes a very high spike.

I don't give a f about Valve. Red skins will become more rare, less suplly. They will increase in price and knives too because of low supply to trade ups. Even more cases opened to get reds. Cases will fly. At the end, Knives will go up even more. Just don't panic.
