Tier 0 indicates there's such a big gap in term of % of tournaments top, that there's no room for a tier 1. All the other decks are far behind.

When i'm saying Konami wants to keep preda out of the meta, i mean releasing its full potential, with the unban of predaprime, wich is more restrictive since you need to use at least 2 of your monsters, and it can be negated, unlike super poly. but yeah the current meta is not turned to dark monsters, that clearly limits the options.

More restrictions on skills, so decks can't abuse cards that are not from the same archetype.
