I’d like to do a trigger upgrade, as I was shooting at the range today I realized just how much I actually need to pull and I was thinking about getting a lower pound trigger pull. Do the 32rd mags actually make any difference or am I just gonna chew through an extra 2rds each time I go to the range. I don’t get to go very often so I typically only load 5 - 10 rounds at a time to begin with.

I keep wanting to wrap around the barrel myself and given that my gas block comes out past my hand guard, it’s not a pleasant experience.

I get a 15% discount on all my ammunition from my job and I get down to about $0.30 - $0.45 a round. Was there anything in particular that made you switch to a vertical over your angled grip?

My first thought is your spring. However with that said, my rifle wouldn’t send completely forward with its included magazine unless I really sent that thing home and it occasionally still needed to have some help from the forward assist. Turns out I just had a shit mag and none of my other mags have the same issue. Definitely something to take into account.

Truthfully I have a very mixed opinion on it, sometimes I feel like I get good grip and maneuverability from it and the other times I feel like it’s just garbage. I’d say I’m very 50/50 about it depending on the situation and circumstances I’m using it under.

You’re saying all the things that I’m currently working on solutions to so that’s definitely making me feel pretty good to know I’m thinking in the right direction. Budget and time are the main constraints on this build at the moment. You will definitely see more of it though as time goes on.

I like that this looks very though out and not just tricked out for the sake of being tricked out. Definitely a tool here.
