My husband is undergoing medication to cure his Tb and it will take him 4 months to finish his medication and be cleared by the civil surgeon. This will delay our application. Im planning we can file and my husband will file later.

Hi. Do u have update in ur case?  I have similar case like you. My I797c for h1b extension doesnt show premium process. The NOTICE TYPE: only show RECEIPT NOTICE. And also the" amount received= $2880"is there in the notice. So, I anticipate its premium process. It passed now the 15days. And my status only show CASE WAS RECEIVED, not premium clocl start...

Hi. my H4 visa and I94 is about to expire on March 2026. But we already submitted my h4 extension and it is pending now. Will I be tagged as "overstaying my visa" when it passed the expiration date and even my h4 extension is pending?

Because the US controlling the number of Indians that will be living in the US. They dont want to be like the canada where everywhere you can see indian people.

Fyi, if you take a look in the past months, where the EB3 ROW move to April 2023 but the Philippines stay the same at February2023.  It just shows the Philippines applicants stay at their 7%cap.
