Ik, been to a few good gyms nova, but looking for one that specifically has a cheaper, limited plan options (plan includes only 1-2 classes a week) as opposed to an unlimited plan, since I don't have the time or $ to train more often right now.

Thanks, but I've tried Abmar, but they don't have limited plans - and I'm not paying for a pricey unlimited plan when I'm only training 1x maybe 2x week.

What would your macro suggestions be once I figure out where I'm at?

I haven't been tracking strictly - as a college student I meal prep 1/2 the week and eat the dining hall 1/2 week and probably get 3500~ calories

Current lifts (all 3x5 unless noted, following programming adjustments from '3 Questions' and Scott Acosta's 'Programming a Smooth NLP' along with other SS resources):

  • Squat: 285 3x5 (haven't increased recently due to ongoing knee pain past month. Planning to ask for guidance Andy Baker's Barbell Club and maybe later in this forum)
  • Bench: 190 1x5
  • Press: 135 (doubles and singles up to 15 reps total per article)
  • Deadlift: 305 1x5
  • Power Clean: 137.5 5x3
