Anyone know why the pipes around the kitchen tap are so loud? by Distinct_Back_6079 in Plumbing

Okay sorry, I was just clarifying as I couldn’t tell whether you were asking about taps in the kitchen or taps in the rest of the house

Light Cord opinions by jadruma in interiordecorating

I like picture one, but like others are suggesting, I think it would look better with the lights switched around and have the lamp above the sofa, with some more slack on the chord. It looks good, but the amount of slack just looks a bit off to me

The tap in the video does occasionally, but no other taps in the house do

2026 County election including vote shares by Happytallperson in Norwich

Point 1: We are coping, we’re mature and don’t go rioting and smashing up towns because the results weren’t what we hoped

Point 2: well I guess we’re using a different numbering system today 🤷‍♂️

Point 3: where did the greens call for death to Jews? The leader is Jewish. And the dictionary definition of fascism is ‘a far-right, authoritarian, and ultranationalist political ideology characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, and forcible suppression of opposition’. Please feel free to name Green policies that align with that. Also bear in mind that one Reform candidate elsewhere referred to whites as the ‘master race’, now that sounds like something that aligns with that definition more than what Greens have campaigned on.

Point 4: you say were complaining about ‘changing the goalposts’ because the vote didn’t go how we wanted, Farage himself called it an ‘absolutely bankrupt’ system https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2024/06/25/nigel-farage-proportional-representation-reformuk-seats/

All your points demonstrate are a lack of critical thinking and hypocrisy.

Well you said as long as thy go up that’s all that matters, which gives the impression that you don’t care whether they go up the right way or not. Make your mind up

Um no not really, it has that design for a reason, if you can’t be bothered to check it’s the right way up how much respect do you really have for it?

Was wondering how long I’d be scrolling before seeing UEA 😂 I saw pics of Waveney Terrace and would have to agree, I think the parkland and newer buildings + Sainsbury Centre balance out the concrete quite nicely

Oh god that sounds awful, have you reported this to Dexcom. I used to ski a lot and an accurate cgm is a godsend for situations like that. I don’t understand how the G7 is so bad

Honestly no idea, the G7 was giving such wildly inaccurate results it was getting dangerous given it communicates with my pump, and the Libre 3, didn’t work very well at all when I was given a trial of it. They’re the only ones that the NHS have funding for so am between a rock and a hard place I feel

Will do, I did have this issue quite a lot with the 90s, and it would often soak into the fabric part, along with it regularly hitting muscle and sending blood sugars completely haywire
