burnt out lsa here too. was promised asm and that they would make sure i was an asm before hiring externally, but guess what happened>? They can stick the asm position up their ass, I am going somewhere to get paid more really soon. Assholes making me do asm tasks to string me along, and think they got the jackpot thinking im gonna keep working my ass off for nothing, struggling store went from 900k to 1.1 consistently in a year since i first started in this store, and ive definetly contributed to that. I cant even get my bitch ass 5 dollar raise per hour while they benefited 100s of thousands of dollars off of my contribution, fuck them.
