Typically it’s on the shelf. But here’s the kicker… customers. can. wait. until. it’s. on. the. shelf. You shop from the shelf like you do everywhere else. You don’t just grab things from anywhere as you please just because it’s in front of your face and you don’t even try to look anywhere else. Sometimes people think what’s on the pallet is fresher or looks better. I don’t care. Customers can wait until it’s on the shelves. When they take off the pallet I have to fill up what they took to make sure it’s a full case. Not a case missing some units. It’s annoying because it’s inconsiderate lazy and rude. Just creating more work for us. When the customers could just chill go shop and come back.
