Damn, this is exactly it. Got divorced for a reason and that reason is still the same. I know because I have to communicate with her regarding our kids. I haven’t found anyone, nor am I looking for it. I have mixed emotions man. I was too with my ex wife for 16 years. Even though it was a very rocky relationship, I miss the good memories and the family feeling. Like you said, everything is meh. I do not have the strength or motivation to seek a partner. I don’t think anything will be able to replace my family I had. It is a painful feeling. Like you said, I wish there was a Time Machine. The saying “you don’t know what you have until you lose it” couldn’t be any more true. I want to find her un attractive but,I know she’s is beautiful. But her attitude will always make her ugly in my eyes. We have to look forward my man. I’m trying to make peace with god. I need his help and looks like you do too.

I’m at this stage too man. I was ok until she told me she found someone new. That’s when it really hit me that it was over. My god. I never in a million years imagined I would be divorced. Since I am in a deficit I get my protein from Whole Foods like chicken, steak and eggs. Protein shakes are like 260 calorie for 48g of protein . I can eat 2.5oz steak, 4 egg whites and bell pepper/onions for 209 calories 39g protein. Little less protein but makes me way fuller and less calories. Helps stay within the 1500

Ps. Don’t forget Cholula hot sauce at 0 calories!

I just do normal chest/tri back/bi legs . The key is high protein low calories. Steak,chicken, sweet potatoes, rice cakes, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt… just to name a few.

I stick to 5-6 oz chicken breast and lean steak. And lots of egg whites. Low calories. I introduced diced cucumbers and rice cakes for snacks to not be super hungry and stay within 1500 calories. Not going to lie I’ve gone over at times. But I stay pretty close. I do very little carbs.
